Chocolate's Mouse - 6 portions

Ingredients

  • 2 big egg whites
  • 1.5 cup of cream milk
  • 150gr sugar
  • 150gr chocolate águila
  • wather
  • 2 milk's spoon (optional)

Utensils

  • 1 spoon
  • 1 big pot
  • 2 small pots
  • 1 blender
  • 1 bowl 
  • 1 refrigerator

Preparation

*Melt the chocolate in shower maria (with the milk).
Put the wather in the big pot and put it in the stove.
Put the chocolate in a small pot and put the small pot in the big pot
You would add the milk if you want
when the chocolate is melted come out the small pot and wait to it catch cold to the enviroment temperature.

*Make the cream
In other small pot put the egg whites and the sugar
Put the small pot in the big pot that is in the fire like before
Stir until the sugar is melted
Then blend with the blender until the eggs withe become a merengue
In a bowl blend the milk's cream until it is in point snow, add slowly the chocolate
add the merengue with enveloping movements
when the mixture is uniform put it in the refrigerator until cold it.
