Salpicón for 3 people

Ingredients

  • 2 big potatoes
  • 1 hand  of peas
  • 1 hand of green beans
  • 1 big carrot
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 chicken's breast
  • 4 lettuce sheets
  • 1 tomatoe
  • mayonnaise
  • salt

Utensils

  • 1 Chopping board
  • 1 Knife
  • 2 Plates 
  • 2 Pots 
  • 2 Forks 
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Spoon


 
 

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and chop them in cubes

Wash the green beans, remove the head and the end, and chop them in slides


Wash the carrot, peel it and chop it in cubes

Peel the peas
Put the eggs in a pot and bolied them (for 6 or 10 min), then peel the eggs

Remove the skin of the chicken's breast and segment it

Put the chicken in a pot with wather and salt.
When the wather is boiling put there the potatoes, green beans, peas and carrot.
When the pot is boiling again shut down the stove and drain the pot.
Put the mixture in a bowl and wait to catch cold

Untie the chicken's breast with two forks.
Chop the eggs.
Pour the mayonnaise and mix

Put the lettuice sheets in the base then put the mixture on the lettuice.
Decorate with some slides of tomatoe and eggs
